Expo wings

“Please design us mobile textile objects that take up the theme of “flying” in their form.” This was the brief given to airformance design. As a result, three lightweight structures were created in an abstract wing design.

The approximately 2.5 m high objects were designed as mobile exhibits. The fabric covers made of printed stretch fabric B1 nestled over an aluminium frame construction. The whole thing was lit from the inside. The objects were assembled and disassembled several times and went on tour packed in cases. White single pieces have passed into the airformance inventory.
